Responsibilities

Lead a cohort of analysts, acting as their Performance Management Leader (PML), and manage ongoing performance and formal review processes
Oversee the Professional Development (PD) process, setting performance objectives and standards within the Operations Capability Centre (OCC)
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to Analysts, regularly reviewing dashboards for necessary follow-up
Participate actively in recruiting and onboarding analysts, supporting engagement mobilization, and training
Drive and share best practices in AI, automation, and innovation across engagements, and lead key MS OCC programs like Lakehouse Day and Community Impact Day
Champion organizational change and ensure implementation of KPMG HR policies, leading capability programs, and supporting OCC-wide activities
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Required

Minimum five years of recent experience supervising or managing delivery teams is required; project management experience is desirable
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or a minimum of five years of experience supporting client engagements in an operational and/or delivery capacity
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and more)
Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas quickly and effectively through written narratives and diagrams; adaptable and strong collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and successfully in a target driven operational environment
Adaptable and strong collaboration skills with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
