They are seeking a Program Assistant for the Spring 2026 PROMISE Program, which provides academic enrichment for 7th grade students interested in STEM education.

Higher Education

Responsibilities

Attend all scheduled Saturday program sessions, including orientation
Supervision duties begin the moment the first tutor arrives until the last student departs at the conclusion of the program
Provide support during each session check in, classroom setup, transitions, etc
Attend all preparation meetings such as tutor training
Assist Program Manager in gathering materials as needed
Serve as liaison with parents regarding safety, security, or emotional concerns as needed
Evaluate program effectiveness to develop improved methods
All other duties as assigned
