Responsibilities
Build, own, and maintain monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning models across multiple business lines and legal entities
Create and monitor KPIs for different product lines, customer segments, and cost centers
Partner with Business, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to understand performance drivers and advise on cost-efficiency strategies
Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic initiatives, pricing models, and capital planning
Work closely with CFO on investor-facing financial materials and Audit-readiness deliverables
Prepare variance analysis, P&L deep dives, and scenario modeling for revenue, margins, and headcount growth
Support systems integration with ERP (NetSuite) and BI dashboards
Qualification
Required
3+ years of FP&A, financial modeling, or strategic finance experience (preferably in fintech, crypto, or SaaS)
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights
Experience with multi-entity financial planning and cross-border revenue/cost structures
Fluent in English
Preferred
Familiarity with crypto payments, stablecoin-based business models, or Web3 metrics is a plus
Mandarin is a bonus
