Responsibilities
Significant clerical skills and experience
Excellent reception and customer service skills and experience
Strong computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, etc
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Qualification
Required
Two years of general clerical experience. One year of which included typing, word processing, or other experience generating documents
An Associate's degree in Office Occupations or Office Technology
Graduation from a private school of business with a Certificate in Office Occupations or Office Technology AND one year of general clerical experience
Significant clerical skills and experience
Excellent reception and customer service skills and experience
Strong computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, etc
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred
Bookkeeping, budget monitoring experience
10-key by touch
Cashiering experience

Temporary employees are eligible for use of the PSU library and gym facilities.
Temporary employees are not eligible for any vacation, health benefits, or reduced tuition.
