Qualification
Required
High school diploma or G.E.D
3-4 years experience in a property/user support role
Familiarity with PC hardware
Familiarity with Microsoft networks
Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems
Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with MAC OS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred
Microsoft Certified Professional Certificated (MCP)
