Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams (including vendors and partners) in the delivery and ongoing support of GPU infrastructure and data center solutions
Define and manage project scopes, schedules, deliverables, and budgets for multiple technical initiatives
Organize and drive project status and working meetings, lead technical design discussions, and deliver executive-level progress reports
Coordinate and floor manage on-site and distributed data center activities, resolving operational blockers and managing risks, issues, and dependencies
Analyze, evaluate, and track product performance metrics; diagnose and resolve technical issues
Collaborate to set and maintain roadmaps, driving timely, customer-focused delivery in partnership with engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders
Mentor and coach team members, promote collaboration, and foster team growth across geographies and cultures
Effectively communicate findings and progress to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; manage competing priorities and deliver innovative solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology Management, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years' experience in datacenter/infrastructure development or as a member of a cloud software/product development team
10+ years (Senior Principal) experience as a hands-on technical program manager, ideally in cloud infrastructure or data center environments
Advanced knowledge of product lifecycle management and experience launching/operating customer-facing cloud services
Experience communicating seamlessly with technical and business audiences at all organizational levels
Analytical and technically proficient, able to quickly learn new software, tools, and market trends
Demonstrated success thriving in dynamic, customer-focused, ambiguous environments

Preferred

10+ years of program/project management, product design, or related experience
Knowledge and hands-on experience with large-scale GPU infrastructure, data center operations (including power, cooling, cabling, hardware, networking), and deploying/maintaining GPU servers
Familiarity with provisioning, rack installation, cabling, firmware updates, OS/hypervisor configuration, and general data center optimization
Strong understanding of public cloud services (OCI, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), especially IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS, including Compute, Storage, Identity, and Networking
Ability to evaluate and summarize complex technical trade-offs and provide clear recommendations

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
