Fleet Engineering Specialist

The Fleet Engineering Specialist supports the Fleet Support & Technical Services organization by contributing to the design, specification, evaluation, and procurement of vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities
Engineering & Specification Support: Develop vehicle specifications, conduct evaluations, support technology adoption
Procurement & Sourcing Support: Assist with RFQs, technical evaluations, vendor assessments, and delivery tracking
Field & Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with operations teams, conduct site visits, gather field insights
Data, Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Analyze performance data, support modernization initiatives
Safety, Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and internal safety requirements
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in fleet, engineering, or procurement roles
Strong analytical, communication, and technical skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
