Execute comprehensive full-cycle recruitment processes from initial sourcing through successful candidate onboarding

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies that align with organizational objectives and business priorities

Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines across multiple disciplines, with particular focus on engineering and technical roles

Proactively identify passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques including social media, industry networks, and professional associations

Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop detailed target candidate profiles and role specifications

Design customized assessment frameworks and interview processes tailored to each position's unique requirements

Provide market intelligence and compensation benchmarking to inform competitive hiring strategies

Influence hiring decisions through strategic insights, candidate evaluation expertise, and deep understanding of business needs

Deliver exceptional candidate experiences that reinforce XNRGY's brand and values throughout the recruitment process

Conduct thorough candidate evaluations including skills assessment, cultural fit analysis, and reference verification

Maintain ongoing relationships with high-quality candidates for future opportunities

Maintain meticulous records in our applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with all documentation requirements

Track and analyze recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality indicators

Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate satisfaction

Generate regular reports on pipeline health, hiring progress, and market trends
