Responsibilities
Provide financial guidance and Business Partner expertise to the Sales Leadership team to identify risk and ways to improve performance
Build annual budget model, ensuring alignment with business strategy
Perform forecasting and analysis, with financial and operational metrics to provide data-driven insights and analytics
Team with Sales Leadership, Cloud Engineers, Operations to model and forecast Cloud Consumption
Communicate timely and effectively with the cross-functional leadership to resolve issues and improve efficiencies
Run ad-hoc scenario analysis to assess potential impacts, identifying key drivers and risks/opportunities
Assist Senior Finance Manager with presentation material for Senior Management meetings
Attain subject matter expertise in all finance-related functions, ensuring ability to effectively respond to requests with minimal guidance
Acquire and maintain high-level knowledge across all business areas by staying current on initiatives, challenges, and opportunities across the business
Run quarterly close forecasting process with minimal guidance
Prepare quarterly results and provide commentary and variance explanations
Lead collaboration across the business support functions to streamline processes, improve operational efficiencies, and drive timely submissions
Leverage analytic technology and key data sources to enhance financial analysis
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field
Strong communication skills
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and ad-hoc analysis
Ability to provide financial guidance and Business Partner expertise
Experience in building annual budget models
Ability to perform forecasting and analysis with financial and operational metrics
Experience in collaborating with Sales Leadership, Cloud Engineers, and Operations
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional leadership
Experience in running ad-hoc scenario analysis
Ability to assist in preparing presentation material for Senior Management meetings
Subject matter expertise in finance-related functions
Ability to acquire and maintain high-level knowledge across all business areas
Experience in running quarterly close forecasting processes
Ability to prepare quarterly results and provide commentary and variance explanations
