Developing the content and format of training materials for the good manufacturing practices training program
Executing training programs for new and existing employees
Providing support and oversight of training compliance
Managing content and format of training materials for the good manufacturing practices training program
Providing leadership in continuous improvement according to GMP and current industry standards
Executing training program for new and existing employees
Responsible for execution of group and individual training sessions by team
Ensuring continuous improvement in the training program
Participating in other quality systems activities such as internal audit, inspection preparation and change control as required
Directing and guiding the work of teams and/or individuals
Responsible for performance reviews, pay reviews, and may have hire/fire decision making authority
