They are seeking a Client Relations & Business Development Coordinator to support client management, relationship building, and agency growth in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as a main point of contact for clients and families

Handle client intake calls, onboarding, and ongoing follow-ups

Ensure high client satisfaction and address concerns professionally

Coordinate with caregivers and internal teams to support care delivery

Maintain accurate client documentation and records

Assist the supervisor with referral outreach and relationship management

Communicate with hospitals, clinics, physicians’ offices, and community partners

Help track referrals, leads, and conversion outcomes

Participate in community events, networking, and outreach initiatives

Support strategies to increase client volume and retention

Assist with scheduling, reporting, and internal coordination

Support operational workflows and process improvement

Provide regular updates to management on client and referral activity
