Responsibilities
Deliver onsite professional development sessions for teachers, administrators, and district leaders
Facilitate Family Engagement Nights focused on the Science of Reading and early reading skills
Support schools and districts in implementing program materials with fidelity
Communicate effectively with school partners and internal teams
Maintain professionalism and represent the organization’s mission with excellence
Travel to assigned school or district locations as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in K–5 education, preferably in literacy instruction
Strong presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills
Ability to manage groups of educators and lead engaging professional development sessions
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple states (travel expenses covered)
Flexibility to accept assignments based on program needs
Comfort using basic technology (e.g., slide decks, virtual communication tools)
