Several years in support roles within SaaS or tech, including experience building support operations, implementing tools, and working with external vendors
Strong technical problem-solving skills, capable of navigating API issues, integrations, data problems, and advanced troubleshooting
Experience in fast-paced or early-stage environments, comfort with automation and AI-driven support tools, and the communication skills to work effectively across teams
