Responsibilities

Drive strategic growth through effective relationship management and customer-centric execution
Build long-term partnerships with key accounts, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experience and achieving profitable outcomes
Engage with C-level stakeholders and establish a trusted advisor status
Align cross-functional teams—sales, marketing, product management, and technical support—to develop and implement comprehensive account strategies
Manage account portfolios, forecast customer needs, and introduce innovative, market-differentiating solutions
Develop governance models, drive internal collaboration, and evolve service delivery in line with customer expectations
Manage long, technically complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and extensive travel (up to 70%)
Coach teams, engage globally, and maintain a sharp focus on performance metrics and continuous growth
Develop and execute detailed account plans for large, complex customers—particularly within the hyperscale and data center markets
Lead teams across commercial, technical, and operational functions
Prioritize and delegate effectively

Required

Bachelor's degree
Strong strategic and analytical capabilities

Experience with conduit, micro duct, and cable installation
