Sales Specialist - HVAC
LVI Associates is seeking a dynamic Project Sales Specialist to drive sales growth within the building services and facilities sector. This role combines technical knowledge with commercial acumen to deliver tailored solutions to clients while managing project-based opportunities.
Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and secure project sales opportunities within HVAC, building services, and related sectors
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical solutions to meet client requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate project specifications and timely delivery
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in project sales within HVAC, building services, or mechanical/electrical sectors
Strong understanding of technical specifications and project requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project sales or business development
