Ford Motor Company is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative HR professional to support the full employee lifecycle and day-to-day HR operations. This role involves partnering closely with HR and Operations to deliver a positive employee experience, ensure compliance with labor laws, and maintain accurate employee data.

Responsibilities
Provide support to team members throughout the employee lifecycle ensuring a positive employee experience
Support recruiting and new employee onboarding, including the I-9 documentation review and electronic verification processes
Coordinate internal employee movements and job postings.Administer a wide range of personnel actions such as promotions, internal transfers/movements and terminations
Support various types of leaves of absence, including the medical leave process, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), long term leaves, and coordinate with employees and external benefits administrators
Manage employee reinstatements following leaves or other absences, ensuring all necessary records and system access are updated
Utilize HR data/reports to conduct audits
Administer wage changesand conduct regular wage and position management audits
Input payments and update codes for short term leaves, such as bereavement, jury duty, and military leave
Support the administration of bonus programs, including eligibility verification
Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws, and company policies
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Conduct various HR audits in compliance with internal controls
Identify and resolve data discrepancies across HR systems to ensure accurate employee reporting
Manage HR record retention processes in compliance with company policy
Collaborate with HR and Operations leadership to execute workforce planning strategies that meet production demands
Coordination of review process related to employee introductory period
Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at process improvement and enhancing the overall employee experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
0-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office software applications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
Candidates must possess full flexibility and a readiness to consistently work across all established standard, operating, and rotational shift schedules, encompassing day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
Preferred
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior Human Resources in Manufacturing settings is preferred
Demonstrated ability to coordinate resources across multiple functions
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and conflict management skill
Ability to guide and influence all level
