Responsibilities
Installing, maintaining, and repairing centrifuge equipment at customer sites
Ensuring the reliability and performance of products to contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualification
Required
High school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience
Strong technical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems
Ability to read and interpret technical documents (e.g.- engineering drawings, manuals, BOMs, etc.)
Interpret diagrams, schematics, and service manuals to perform precise machinery setup, including rigging, positioning equipment, fitting bearings, aligning gears/shafts, and connecting motors, couplings, and belts; then test, align, and adjust equipment to required tolerances
Conduct predictive and operational maintenance, including diagnosing issues, repairing or replacing defective parts, and pneumatic systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
Relevant certifications such as Certified Electronics Technician (CET) are a plus
Preferred
Associate degree or technical certificate in electro-mechanical technology (or similar), plus 3+ years of relevant experience
