Responsibilities

Lead the business unit with a growth mindset, identifying new opportunities and driving strategic initiatives

Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all regulations and proactive hazard prevention

Oversee recruiting, talent development, and career planning for team members

Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to meet or exceed goals

Collaborate with sales and account managers to secure renewals and drive business development

Ensure quality control, process improvement, and customer satisfaction across all services

Direct planning and execution of projects to deliver on time and within budget

Required

10+ years in building services operations, maintenance management, or service-based project sales, including leadership experience; OR 15+ years without a degree

Strong understanding of compliance standards (OSHA, NFPA, ASHRAE) and industry best practices

Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver operational excellence

Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
