The IT Support Consultant will provide on-demand IT services including endpoint setup, tenant administration, and on-site technical support at the test center, managing their own schedule while responding to service requests.

Responsibilities

Perform on-site updates and maintenance for PCs at Paragon's test center and corporate office (as required)

Configure and deploy new corporate laptops (imaging, security, user setup)

Provide remote administration support for Microsoft 365 / Entra ID tenant

Execute administrative support and updates for Google Workspace tenant

Troubleshoot endpoint, access, and account issues

Implement security best practices as directed

Document work performed and provide clear handoff notes

Qualification

Required

Proven experience providing IT support in small to mid-size environments

Hands-on experience with Windows endpoints and laptop deployment

Experience administering Microsoft 365 and identity environments

Experience with Google Workspace administration

Ability to work independently and manage tasks without daily supervision

Must be local to the Tampa Bay area and available for on-site work as needed

Preferred

Experience supporting testing centers or secure environments

Familiarity with cybersecurity or compliance-driven organizations

Experience supporting government contractors or regulated clients
