Responsibilities
Apply daily payments (ACH, wire, checks, lockbox, credit cards) accurately and on time
Reconcile cash receipts; research and clear unapplied/misapplied cash, short pays, overpayments, and unidentified receipts
Assist with month-end reporting and audit support
Qualification
Required
2+ years in cash applications
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
Detail orientation, problem-solving mindset, and clear communication skills
Ability to work onsite in Tulsa, OK; hybrid flexibility (WFH at least 2 days/week once trained)
Preferred
high-volume cash applications experience
