Information Technology Project Manager
Triune Infomatics Inc is seeking a leased employee Project Manager resource to support their Information Technology Project Management Office. The role involves managing 2-5 concurrent enterprise-level projects, applying PMP methodologies to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Manage 2-5 concurrent Client enterprise projects across phases including Initiation, Planning, and Execution, ensuring compliance with Client Enterprise Project Management Process
Establish and Develop trust and relationships with Project Sponsors, Execution Sponsors and key stakeholders to provide successful project governance and oversight
With Project Sponsor and Execution Sponsor define success criteria for the project, and quantifiable benefits that will be measured after the project closes
Lead all project management processes including discovery, initiation, detailed planning, resource coordination, risk management, communications, execution monitoring, and project closing activities per Client's phase gates and controls
Develop and maintain key project artifacts required by Client such as Business Cases, Stakeholder Lists, Communication Plans, Project Charters, Risk Registers, Project Schedules with defined milestones, Benefit Realization Plans, and Status Reports
Facilitate formal phase gate reviews and authorizations (Initiation → Planning → Execution → Closing), ensuring all project deliverables meet Client's specified inputs, outputs, and approval requirements per each phase in the Enterprise Project Process
Work closely with Business Unit Planning Coordinators (BUPC), Business Planning Analysts (BPA), Project Sponsors, Execution Sponsors, and other key stakeholders to confirm funding, resource availability, and alignment with enterprise priorities
Monitor and control project scope, schedule, cost, and risks, initiating Change Requests as necessary in accordance with Client approval thresholds
Provide regular and ad hoc status updates using Client's systems of record (ServiceNow PPM, SAP BPC, and PowerBI dashboards) to ensure enterprise-wide visibility and facilitate governance
Build and Track project tasks in Atlassian Align, Microsoft project and ServiceNow PPM or successor PPM tools
Lead project closeout activities including lessons learned documentation and benefits realization follow-up in coordination with Client's Closing and Benefits Realization processes
Ensure adherence to Client ethical standards, delegated approval authorities, and reporting requirements throughout project lifecycles
Deliverables: Approved Business Cases and Project Charters per project
Comprehensive Project Management Plan artifacts aligned with PMP principles and Client requirements
Detailed Project Schedules with enterprise milestone templates integrated
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Plans
Monthly (or more frequently as needed) Status Reports and Project Dashboards
Risk and Issue Logs with mitigation and escalation paths documented
Approved Change Requests when threshold criteria are met
Project Closeout reports including Lessons Learned and Benefits Realization documentation
Qualification
Required
Must be PMP certification required, please list the certification, status (active or inactive) and date received
Minimum five (5) years of experience with IT Project Management
Must have experience demonstrating successful management of multiple concurrent enterprise-level projects, preferably within regulated or utility environments
Must have strong skills in multi-stakeholder communication, schedule and cost control, risk management, and governance adherence
Must have experience with demonstrating professional maturity and be able to read a situation and adapt communication style to ensure productive collaboration up, down and across the organization
Minimum of (1) year experience with projects implementing web content management, and marketing automation projects
Must be proficient in project management tools such as ServiceNow, SAP BPC, Microsoft Project, and Atlassian Align
Power BI analytical experience is a plus
Preferred
Experience with Agile frameworks and/or Agile certification
