Responsibilities

Follow up on payments for overdue invoices, correspond with internal and external business partners on status and proof of payments

Manage email correspondence filing in appropriate policy files

Handle incoming client calls related to collections or past due invoices

Review insurance company statements to identify accounts that require collections

Assist with accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) postings as needed

Support Collections Team as needed

Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Work closely with Senior Accountant, Controller and Chief Financial Officer in identifying other projects where skills, experience, and knowledge can be utilized
