Mid LevelSilver Healthcare is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager for their Indian Culture Program/Unit. This role involves leading efforts to expand the Skilled Nursing Facility's services with a focus on the Indian community, building relationships, and promoting culturally competent care.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Indian community leaders, cultural organizations, and local businesses to create awareness of the facility’s services
Attend cultural and community events to promote the facility
Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns focused on the Indian community, utilizing culturally relevant messaging, media (social media, local publications), and events
Track and report on the effectiveness of these campaigns
Advocate for the specific needs of Indian residents and their families within the facility, ensuring that culturally sensitive care is provided
Work with staff to ensure that language, food, and cultural traditions are considered in patient care
Meet with potential clients and their families to discuss their care needs, explaining the benefits of the facility and how it can cater to specific cultural requirements
Provide guidance and support throughout the admission process
Qualification
Required
Experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare or community services
Deep understanding of the cultural needs and preferences of the Indian community
Strong relationship-building skills with community leaders and organizations
Experience in designing and implementing marketing strategies
Ability to advocate for culturally competent care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in client relations and consultation
