Supervise/mentor other team members

Serve as a key point of contact for reporting and analytics inquiries

Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of comprehensive reports and dashboards

Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support clinical and operational decision-making

Support the development and execution of the organization’s goals through data-driven insights

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports and analytics

Manage the integration and utilization of various data sources and systems

Collaborate with clinical, operational, and leadership teams to understand their reporting and analytical needs

Lead projects focused on improving data infrastructure and reporting capabilities
