Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in building, managing, and growing client relationships within the media measurement and analytics business, ensuring adoption, retention, and expansion of their solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison for all client-facing activities: planning, communication, status updates, escalations
Oversee the end-to-end measurement & analytics engagement: from scoping and onboarding to delivery, reporting, and optimization
Ensure high client retention / renewal rates by proactively surfacing risks and opportunities and maintaining timelines
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance and measurement outcomes; translate insights into actionable recommendations
Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (product, data, engineering, operations, sales) to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery
Identify and mitigate risks to revenue or client satisfaction, escalating when needed
Contribute feedback to improve processes, tools, and client experience workflows
Stay current with industry trends in media measurement, attribution, multi-touch modeling, digital advertising, and competitive landscape
Support sales-enablement initiatives, including assisting with CRM administration, ensuring data accuracy, managing client documentation, and collaborating with the revenue and marketing teams to improve pipeline visibility and sales efficiency

Required

Experience in managing client relationships in a SaaS environment
Strong understanding of media measurement and analytics
Ability to analyze and report on campaign performance and measurement outcomes
Experience coordinating cross-functionally with internal teams
Proven track record of ensuring high client retention and renewal rates
Strong communication skills for client-facing activities
Ability to identify and mitigate risks to revenue or client satisfaction
Familiarity with industry trends in media measurement, attribution, multi-touch modeling, and digital advertising
Experience with CRM administration and managing client documentation
