Seasonal Payroll Administrator

Responsibilities

Complete Time Sheet Processing training and demonstrate proficiency in all required tasks
Review and approve Time Sheets submitted by Operations Team Members in an accurate and timely manner
Communicate effectively with Operations Team Members to ensure the accurate recording of time worked, activities, tasks, materials, and sites visited
Other administrative duties as assigned
Ability to develop positive rapport with fellow Team Members
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Efficient and accurate data entry
Detail-oriented
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent time-management skills
Ability to work well on a team and across departments
Ability to produce high-quality work while completing tasks with specific deadlines
Must be flexible, able to work a varied schedule, dependent on weather, with occasional weekend work required

Benefits

Pay: $18 - $20 / HR depending on experience and availability
Training provided
Minimum of 24 hours per work week guaranteed, provided Team Member reports to work as requested based on business needs
