Responsibilities
Provide contract-level and task order management
Develop, maintain, and execute the Task Order Management Plan
Lead Quarterly Project Management Reviews (QPMRs)
Manage staffing, quality assurance, risk management, and subcontractor performance
Ensure all deliverables meet schedule, quality, and compliance standards
Coordinate with the COR, Division Chiefs, and Branch Chiefs
Oversee security, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of DoD program or project management experience
Demonstrated experience supporting CCMD or Joint Staff training programs
Strong knowledge of Joint Training System (JTS) and JTEEP
Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
Due to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. citizens
Active Secret Security Clearance required
Preferred
Master's degree
TS/SCI security clearance
