They are seeking an Assistant Account Executive for their Corporate Reputation practice, responsible for supporting account management, media relations, and content creation to help clients manage perception and build trust.

Responsibilities

Participate in client calls, developing call agendas and reports, and project timelines

Stay on top of what is happening in the client’s industry, culture and in the media in order to contribute to creative ideation and campaign development

Support teams using agency’s AI-based tools for monitoring and measurement

Assist in the creation of pitches, press releases, executive bios, and media lists

Support account management including processing of invoices and budget tracking

Conduct deskside research for current and prospective clients

Required

BA/BS Degree in a related field

0-1 years in experience in PR

Flexibility/versatility to tackle different tasks throughout the day and pivot with little or no warning based on client needs

A strong interest in understanding what drives corporate reputation

Excellent writing skills are essential to this position, as well as great attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking and proactivity

Strong verbal communication skills and professionalism

Preferred

corporate experience preferred

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Excel and PowerPoint a plus
