Responsibilities
Act as the Irvine Division’s technical lead
Help grow Ninyo & Moore’s Environmental consulting business
Perform business development and technical consulting activities
Promote technical reputation and the company
Maintain strong relationships with state and local regulatory agencies
Conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
Oversee Environmental Remediation and Emergency Construction Support for Contaminated Sites
Attend shortlist/interview presentations for major environmental clients
Perform as an Expert Witness
Act as the client manager for key clients or services areas
Mentor junior technical personnel
Plan and implement projects
Qualification
Required
BS Degree in Geology, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
California PG, PE, or GE license required
Results-driven and self-motivated CA licensed professional geologist or engineer (PE or PG)
15+ years of experience preferably with an environmental engineering services consulting firm
NEPA/CEQA & EIR experience
Strong relationships with state and local regulatory agencies
Expertise in Regulatory Compliance
Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
Environmental Remediation
Emergency Construction Support for Contaminated Sites
Environmental issues (air, waste water, hazardous waste)
Attending shortlist/interview presentations for major environmental clients
Ability to perform as an Expert Witness
Preferred
