Design Manager

Ashbrittle Recruitment is representing a Miami-based company specializing in ultra-high-end interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, and custom furniture for luxury residential spaces. They are seeking an experienced Design / Sales Manager to provide a 5-star client experience by combining design expertise with sales acumen, managing the full sales and project process from consultation through to installation.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to understand their needs, take field measurements, create designs, and manage orders
Design custom interiors including high end kitchens, bathrooms
Prepare accurate drawings including floor plans, elevations, and perspectives
Provide expert product knowledge, guiding clients through product lines, finishes, and other luxury materials
Price and order cabinets and related products with precision
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and accurate project documentation
Manage project timelines, schedules, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution
Actively pursue new business opportunities and qualify inbound leads
Maintain CRM records with client contacts, project notes, and sales activity
Maintain showroom appearance and sample libraries to showcase products effectively
Support marketing initiatives including social media (Facebook, Instagram) and occasional digital campaigns

Required

Strong experience in luxury interior design with sales responsibility
Proficiency in Chief Architect and 20/20 Design; AutoCAD, SketchUp and other design software are advantageous
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Proven sales record with a demonstrated ability to close deals
Detail-oriented with experience documenting design specifications for installers
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and maintain focus under pressure

Preferred

Interior Design Degree or similar is highly desirable
Experience providing one-on-one client consultations and delivering exceptional customer service
