Business Development Rep
Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider, and they are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative. The role involves connecting with property managers, assessing opportunities, and educating them on services while managing a flexible sales route.

Responsibilities
You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads are provided)
During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager, you will
Build rapport with the property manager
Walk through a unit to assess opportunities
Educate on our services and book repairs
Review sales routes, prepare calls, and perform minimal administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Strong rapport skills and persistence
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable transportation
Smart Phone
Valid driver's license, clean record, and reliable transportation
Preferred
Sales experience is preferred
Goal-oriented, self-starter who is coachable and eager to learn
Enjoys connecting with people and working in a team environment
Preference for candidates with property or facilities management backgrounds
No prior sales experience required, we provide all training; however previous sales experience is a plus
Professional, caring, and service-minded
Ready to thrive in a metrics-based, process-driven sales system
Strong communication skills — bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
