Responsibilities
Own production ML systems from design to deployment, monitoring and iteration
Build scalable ML pipelines and agentic workflows you can trust at scale
Ship LLM‑ and model‑driven product features, not just proofs of concept
Set up and improve experiment tracking, model CI/CD and automated retraining
Raise reliability and observability: drift, data quality, regressions and feedback loops
Help shape ML/AI architecture, tooling and standards, and mentor other ML engineers
Qualification
Required
5+ years in ML, including taking production systems end‑to‑end
Strong Python and deep experience with ML or LLM‑based systems
Comfortable designing and operating ML pipelines, feature stores and evaluation at scale
Familiar with modern foundation models and agentic patterns
Bias to ship, measure and refine; motivated by solving real customer problems, not chasing leaderboard scores
