Responsibilities
Own and grow Pixie’s IT contracting business in the United States
Define and execute business development strategy for the US market
Build, manage, and expand long-term client partnerships
Identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Establish Pixie as the go-to partner for IT talent across the United States
Qualification
Required
Proven senior-level experience in IT staffing / contracting
Entrepreneurial mindset: fully autonomous in driving revenue and growth
Deep understanding of the US market and business culture
Strong existing network within staffing and/or technology
Commercially sharp, results-driven and confident in negotiations
US citizenship or work permit - mandatory
