Required

High School Degree is minimum
A minimum of 5 years of experience in landscaping industry
Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, or a related field can be used to substitute the experience, with minimum 3 years landscape industry experience required still
Proven track record in relationship-driven sales and account management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to quickly learn about new products, services, and the evolving landscaping market
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
