Responsibilities
Design and conduct technical training programs (classroom, on-site, webinars)
Create training materials, agendas, and instructor guides
Develop hands-on lab experiments and simulations
Administer written exams and assess certification requirements
Mentor instructors and ensure consistency of course content
Maintain and update electrical maintenance procedures per industry standards
Research new technologies and implement updated standards
Provide technical support to the contractor network
Ensure compliance with safety requirements and ISO 9001 standards
Assist with National Vendor Program negotiations
Update Confidential Manuals and pricing for new contractors
Investigate value-added services for network differentiation
Participate in client presentations and maintenance agreement development
Support smooth transitions between sales, administration, and operations
Create and update Infrared Category 1 & 2 training materials (BINDT/ASNT standards)
Conduct IRT Category I & II courses as a certified tutor
Maintain valid ASNT and/or BINDT Infrared Level II certification
Qualification
Required
10+ years in Electrical Testing (energized/de-energized)
OSHA/NFPA electrical qualification
prior electrical training experience required
Infrared (ASNT/BINDT Level II) certification
Maintain valid ASNT and/or BINDT Infrared Level II certification

Journeyman Electrician
