Responsibilities

Lead and manage electrical construction projects from inception to completion
Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
Supervise and coordinate electrical teams, subcontractors, and vendors
Ensure compliance with all safety standards, codes, and regulations
Plan, develop, and track overall and short-term project task schedules to ensure production
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality
Communicate project status to clients, stakeholders, and senior management
Address and resolve any technical or logistical issues that may arise during construction
Review and approve work plans, change orders, and submittals

Required

Recent graduate with electrical engineering or related field engineering, or construction management degree, or minimum 3 years related experience
Comprehensive four-to-five-year Electrical Apprenticeship Program with Project Supervision experience is an alternate educational/experience qualification
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
