Responsibilities
Lead and develop a dedicated team, including a Senior FS Technical Trainer and a Program Manager Print, to design and deliver high-impact learning solutions
Drive improved sales performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth in the Facility Solutions and Print categories
Support strategic marketplace expansion and strengthen vendor partnerships
Empower sellers to confidently position high-value, technically complex products and solutions
Ensure the team is equipped with the technical expertise and consultative selling skills to excel in a competitive marketplace
Qualification
Required
7+ years designing and delivering scalable, high-quality learning programs across a distributed workforce
3+ years in a people management or team leadership role
Proven experience leading technical or sales training programs and managing high-performing teams
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage without authority
Preferred
Experience in the Jan/San industry, Facility Solutions, or Print categories
Background in strategic planning for training and sales capability development
Track record of contributing to marketplace expansion and building vendor partnerships
