Qualification

Required

Eight or more years of experience in web services development
Knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems
Ability to evaluate user requests for new or modified programs
Experience in analyzing and developing specifications to determine feasibility, cost, and time required

Consultation skills to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives
