Responsibilities

Performs set‑up of processing equipment
Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators
Processes test runs and prepares records (breakdown events, scrap, etc.), charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products
Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel
Line change configuration
Performs corrective maintenance
Follows escalation procedures

Qualification

Manufacturing experienceAutomated equipment workTechnical assistanceProcess knowledgeLeadership experience

Required

Associate degree, vocational or technical training, or equivalent experience
1+ years of related experience in Manufacturing
Demonstrates functional and/or process knowledge and participates in process
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure
Leadership experience

Preferred

Automated equipment work
