Responsibilities

Drive the design, development, and implementation of integration and automation solutions using Workato, connecting ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other cloud-based systems

Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate business needs into well-scoped technical solutions, and turn concepts into reliable production-ready integrations

Collaborate with and help coordinate work delivered by external development partners, while also building and maintaining key in-house integrations

Maintain and enhance existing integration workflows to ensure data integrity, security, scalability, and performance

Manage integration work in Jira, and create and maintain clear technical and project documentation in Confluence

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to business analysts and engineers, promoting platform best practices

Stay current on integration technologies and best practices

Ensure compliance by following data security and privacy by guidelines

Required

6-10 years professional experience with a focus on engineering, automation, api's and cloud solutions

3+ years of experience with the Workato platform, including building complex workflows and automations

Expertise in system integrations (iPaaS, APIs, or direct point-to-point), with a focus on API-driven business process automation

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent on-the-job experience

Attention to detail, strong problem solving abilities, and excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, take initiative, and work independently

Ability to work across global operation time zones

Preferred

Workato certifications (I, II, III)

Previous experience in solution architecture roles

Familiarity with AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, and S3
