Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of 8–10 test engineers across multiple geographic locations, focusing on automation-first strategies
Design and execute end-to-end test strategies for entire releases, including regression, scale, and performance testing NMS, security applications and Cloud applications
Partner with Development, Product Management, and Technical Assistance Centers (TAC) to resolve complex customer escalations and ensure timely product delivery
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10+ years in datacom/telecom, with at least 3+ years in a management role
Strong background in Layers 2–7 of the OSI model, networking protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP), and virtualization products like ESXi and HyperV
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Preferred
Tools development and Test Automation: Scripting (Robot, Perl, Python, Shell)
Hand on experience in Protocol Packet Generator (IXIA)
Linux and Windows environments
Knowledge of virtualization technologies a plus
