Responsibilities
Client Visit Preparation and Post-Visit Follow-Up: Prepare timely and accurate paperwork recommended by the Retirement Planner and Paraplanner before client visits and facilitate any post-visit transactions recommended by the Retirement Planner
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients to gain a deep understanding of their retirement goals, needs, and aspirations. Provide personalized support and guidance to clients, offering insights and solutions tailored to their unique financial situations
Client Communication: Serve as the point of contact for client account servicing and the liaison between the client and third-party financial companies. Answer client requests and questions via phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
Compliance: Ensure all procedures adhere to industry regulations and internal compliance standards. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation
Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our Retirement Planners to resolve any issues
Specialized Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on various retirement planning strategies, such as Social Security elections, Medicare, succession planning, etc
Team Support: Assist the Client Servicing Team in achieving shared goals and responsibilities
