Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic right-hand to the CFO, supporting financial leadership through significant acquisition
Lead and enhance revenue recognition processes within a professional services environment
Own and refine FP&A, including forecasting, modeling, and performance analysis
Support a high-acquisition platform (10–15 completed acquisitions) with consolidated reporting and financial insight
Develop and deliver executive-level reporting and dashboards using Power BI
Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure data accuracy and decision-ready insights
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in professional services or project-based revenue models
Strong command of revenue recognition (ASC 606)
Proven FP&A leadership in PE-backed or acquisitive environments
Advanced Power BI experience (required)
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, confidential, exit-driven situations
Preferred
Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred
