Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of proposals, including company profile development, scopes of work, schedules, and commercial terms
Assist or lead projects that evaluate technical, operational, and business‑plan components of infrastructure investments
Coordinate project deliverables such as Q&A submissions, management sessions, client meetings, and report delivery
Work effectively across ERM technical communities and subcontracted SMEs to support successful project execution and client engagement
Execute internal development tasks to enhance the Infrastructure Service Line’s tools, processes, and overall functionality

Required

Solid academic background with an engineering bias (e.g., Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering). Or equivalent experience
2-3 years of technical consulting, engineering, or operational experience in the energy or infrastructure sectors
Strong technical capability to identify risks and opportunities within technical documentation, site visits, and discussions—covering asset integrity, operational performance, management systems, and business plans
Excellent organizational skills, self‑motivation, and ability to thrive in fast‑turnaround environments
Commitment to quality and high standards for yourself and the team
Advanced report writing and presentation skills, with previous client‑facing experience

Preferred

Experience managing external client projects
Ability to lead or coordinate complex project delivery involving multiple workstreams
Prior exposure to technical due diligence (preferred, not required)
Corporate finance qualification
Interest in domestic and international travel for site visits
Knowledge of Capex and Opex cost expectations for engineering assets/projects
Familiarity with decarbonization strategies and technologies
Experience reviewing EPC contracts, Financial Models, engineering designs/specifications, and budgets for industrial projects
