Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality
Store inventory in designated locations while maintaining proper organization and labeling
Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipping according to company procedures
Perform regular cycle counts and stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners
Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse, following safety regulations
Track inventory movements using warehouse management systems or manual logs
Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies in inventory counts
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and restock supplies
Comply with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Some travel is required to other warehouse locations

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software
Ability to lift and move heavy items (50+ lbs.) regularly
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Forklift experience required
The use of a reliable personal vehicle

Preferred

Previous warehouse or inventory management experience is preferred
