Responsibilities

Define and execute ERP logistics and supply chain application strategy aligned with business objectives

Lead ERP solution design, prototyping, configuration oversight, and implementation for logistics and supply chain processes

Collaborate with supply chain, operations, manufacturing, and IT teams to deliver scalable and standardized ERP solutions

Provide leadership for production support, incident resolution, and continuous system improvement

Prioritize initiatives with business stakeholders and manage ERP enhancement requests globally

Staff and manage projects using internal teams and implementation partners

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs)

Escalate critical or unresolved ERP and supply chain system issues to executive leadership

Ensure compliance with SOX, IT governance, and change management controls

Develop and execute strategies to improve system performance, standardization, and service delivery

Provide project status reporting, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies

Support sales and pre-sales activities through solution input, demos, and RFP participation as needed

Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain ERP logistics and supply chain professionals

Participate in organizational initiatives including budgeting, performance management, and training

Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing coordination, user acceptance testing (UAT), and business approvals for ERP logistics and supply chain applications

Prepare and maintain business requirements, project plans, functional design documents, and system flow diagrams

Develop and maintain ERP logistics and supply chain documentation, SOPs, training materials, and knowledge base content

Support sales and pre-sales engagements, including solution presentations and client discussions

Monitor and communicate ERP support performance and SLA metrics

Recruit, coach, and develop ERP logistics and supply chain teams

Ensure compliance with change management, release management, and production support procedures

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field

10+ years of ERP experience with strong focus on Logistics and Supply Chain applications

Hands-on experience managing ERP solutions for Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce, and Warehouse operations

Functional and managerial experience with ERP logistics modules (MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, TM, QM)

Knowledge of AI and automation use cases in supply chain and ERP environments

Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and controls

Proven experience managing global teams, vendors, and system integrators

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Ability to work effectively in complex, global enterprise environments

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Commitment to ethical business practices and company values

Ability to mentor teams and drive continuous improvement

Travel domestically and internationally as required to support ERP logistics and supply chain initiatives, including project implementations, stakeholder meetings, and operational reviews

Attend and participate in national and international seminars, conferences, workshops, and industry forums related to ERP, logistics, supply chain, AI, and emerging technologies

Represent the organization at client meetings, partner events, and industry conferences to share best practices, gather insights on market trends, and support business development activities

Collaborate with global business units and external partners across multiple geographies to align ERP logistics and supply chain strategies
