Payroll Administrative Assistant
Trucept Inc. is seeking a Payroll Administrative Assistant to join their team. The role involves providing administrative and clerical support to the Payroll Administrator teams, managing daily office needs, and assisting with various payroll-related tasks.

Responsibilities
Assists in every day data entry
Hires new employees into the payroll system
Makes changes and updates to current data
Files and saves documents
Scans and saves documents
Answers phone calls and directs them to the correct party
Responds to and answers emails in a timely and professional manner
Sorts through and distributes daily incoming mail
Handles garnishments and verification of employment inquiries
Other duties may be assigned as need by management
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as record keeping and filing
Ability to work independently
Strong mathematical skills
Ability to keep company and partner confidences
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as record keeping and filing
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and one to three months' related experience and/or training in administrative support and/or payroll administration
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
Associate's Degree preferred
