Responsibilities

Assist in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting DC power systems in various settings
Conduct routine inspections of DC power equipment to ensure optimal performance
Provide technical support for clients and internal teams on DC power-related issues
Perform testing and diagnostics on DC power systems to identify and resolve faults
Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and service reports
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards, including all Company and OSHA standards for safety
Visit customer facilities to evaluate needs and develop solutions
Exceed customer expectations through excellent service
Develop a strong grasp of the features and capabilities of multiple product lines
Some travel is required to support various projects and customer needs

Required

Relevant experience in DC power systems or related fields
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Must be able to lift 70 lbs
Ability to obtain a DOT certification
Clean driving record for insurability
Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
High school diploma or GED
Strong customer service/solutions focus
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Capability of lifting 70+ pounds

Preferred

Relevant experience in DC power systems or a related field is a plus
Minimum 1 year of DC Power Plant experience is a plus
Knowledge of battery testing equipment and safety policies and procedures
Basic mechanical skills a must
Ability to read and understand basic layout drawings and schematics a plus
