Client Marketing Manager
Velosio is a values-driven organization focused on delivering an outstanding employee experience. The Client Marketing Manager will lead client marketing efforts, partnering closely with sales teams to drive expansion through strategic account initiatives.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute account-based marketing plans for key strategic accounts
Partner with Client Account Managers to identify whitespace and map buying centers
Design multi-threaded nurture programs tailored to client lifecycle and needs
Operationalize the Client Engagement Intelligence Loop to transform passive content consumption into real-time, high-intent sales signals, to fuel pipeline acceleration based on confirmed client interest
Translate client insights, as well as Microsoft’s complex incentives, product portfolio, and licensing and product documentation into clear business value through integrated campaigns across email, webinars, events, and content
Oversee on-boarding packages, client evidence creation, reputation management, and client appreciation
Collaborate with Shared Services for creative and event execution, and Tech & Ops for HubSpot build, QA, and data/reporting/optimization
Measure and optimize campaigns with A/B testing and conversion tracking
Define KPIs for client programs including pipeline and bookings
Maintain dashboards and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Refine audience segmentation and scoring with Marketing Ops
Qualification
Required
5+ years in client or ABM marketing within Microsoft ecosystem or B2B services
Strong campaign design, execution, and measurement experience
Proven ability to build relationships and influence across sales and marketing teams
Analytical mindset with dashboard/report creation and storytelling capabilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or Marketing preferred
Hands-on HubSpot and CRM expertise preferred (segmentation, workflows, reporting)
