Foster faculty research
Build and support innovative undergraduate and graduate programs
Enhance academic, experiential, and entrepreneurial opportunities for students and faculty
Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and collaborative environment within the Department for faculty, staff, and students
Develop and maintain relationships with a myriad of external and internal collaborators and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Doctoral degree in Computer Science or closely related field
Currently hold the level of Full Professor or have professional experience to warrant an appointment to the rank of Professor with tenure
Outstanding record of leadership
Program development
Strategic budget management
Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses
Overseeing research programs
Mentorship of both students and faculty
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred
Leadership experience overseeing an academic department
Mentoring research and teaching faculty
